Michael Dobroszczyk
Senior Structural Draftsperson | Associate

Michael joined Bryant Concepts in 2005 as a Site Inspector/Structural and Civil Draftsperson.  His role is mainly involved in the design, development and documentation of large scale commercial and industrial projects plus managing, delegating and supervising engineering design and drafting workload.  Michael also facilitates the documentation of Civil Design and Land Division including liaison with developers and regulatory authorities.

His project experience ranges from residential developments to multi-storey commercial and industrial buildings involving bulk handling facilities, detailing of reinforced concrete, structural steelwork, timber and surrounding civil site works.

Due to Michael’s active involvement in outsourcing business relationships, he is able to implement corporate strategy along with efficient internal systems and procedures (such as setting up project filing systems, in-house quality assurance, safety of intellectual property and proforma creation) to Bryant Concepts.  He also initiated and now manages the Manila based office in the Philippines – communicating and co-ordinating tasks on a daily basis.
